Pilates and Yoga are different and yet have much in common with high levels of body/mind/spirit fitness benefits. The YMCA offers free Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi classes for all levels of fitness and all levels of experience.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is a low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture, flexibility and confidence.

Tai Chi

Instruction & Practice Exercise for the body and a study in concentration for the mind. Instruction class is prerequisite for Practice class.

Tai Chi for Health Instruction

Participants learn the Tai Chi movements and forms that will be applied in the Practice class that follows.

Yoga Flow

Sequences where moving in and out of poses is linked to breath. In a Vinyasa-style class, the pace is faster with the breath-synchronized movement which develops strength, energy and flexibility.
