A Typical Class
A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain and help strengthen your abs. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform – all to challenge you like never before.

Tips & Preparation
New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you pointers.
- Arrive 5 minutes early to introduce yourself to the instructor
- Good posture is the foundation of all exercise. Focus on getting your technique right by accepting modifications as a beginner
- Incorporate breathing to deepen your exercises
- Embrace your own journey, every level and ability is welcome
