YMCA 360 expands how members can access virtual content, livestreams, and on-demand programming, all in one convenient place.

This move brings together more content, more instructors, and more ways to stay connected to the YMCA community. All your Virtual Y favorites, plus even more to explore with YMCA 360.

What You Need to Know

Accessing YMCA 360

To access YMCA 360, download the YMCA 360 app and log in using your YMCA of the North community account email and ZIP/postal code. After selecting "Virtual Studio", a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email to complete login.

Virtual Y Retirement

To ensure uninterrupted access to livestreams, Virtual Y will remain available until live streaming is fully established on YMCA 360. A new retirement date will be shared once confirmed. Please continue to check back for the most up-to-date information regarding the Virtual Y retirement timeline. Favorites and bookmarks will not transfer, so members should make note of any content they wish to re-add in YMCA 360.

What is the YMCA 360 App? add remove

YMCA 360 brings the people, places, and programs of the YMCA to life digitally. Members of partner Ys have access to 1,500+ on-demand instructional videos and livestream programs, so you can enjoy the YMCA experience wherever you are.

Yes. As we transition over to YMCA 360 you'll find our on-demand library, with new uploads being made over time to the YMCA 360 platform. At this time, you'll still be able to access livestreams from Virtual Y until its retirement date is determined.

Starting April 14, 2026, search “YMCA 360” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app.

  1. After selecting the “Log In” button enter the mail address that is attached to your YMCA membership. 
  2. Enter your zip code 
  3. Select the “Virtual Studio” option 
  4. Retrieve the 6-digit code that was sent from support@ymca360.org to your email and enter. 

No. Favorites and bookmarks from Virtual Y must be re-added in YMCA 360.

YMCA 360 is included with your membership at no additional cost. Standalone Virtual Membership is $9.99/month.

As we transition to YMCA 360, we'll be adding YMCA of the North on-demand series each month, so more of your favorites are on the way. We appreciate your patience during this content migration. In the meantime, you have access to explore the full YMCA 360 library, which includes thousands of on-demand workouts featuring instructors you know, as well as new ones from YMCAs across the country. 

A new retirement date for Virtual Y will be shared once it is confirmed. Please refer to this website for the most up-to-date information.
