Meeting and Event Packages

Our easy-to-find, showcase facility offers modular meeting spaces with audio/visual amenities and ample guest parking to help make your next meeting a success!

Each meeting room (“garage”) seats approximately 30 people and can be joined with neighboring space to accommodate more. Join all three spaces together to seat approximately 100.

Hourly rates listed below. Minimum rental of 2 hours is required.

Garage 1 or 2

  • Member or Non-profit: $45/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $76.50/hour

Garage 3

  • Max capacity: 45
  • Member or Non-profit*: $70/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $112/hour

Garages (All)

  • Max capacity: 115
  • Member or Non-profit*: $100/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $160/hour

Teaching Kitchen

  • Max capacity: 26
  • Member or Non-profit*: $45/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $76.50/hour

Nutrition Center

  • Max capacity: 64
  • Member or Non-profit*: $70/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $112/hour

Gym

  • Max capacity: 80+
  • Member or Non-profit*: $100/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $160/hour

Pool

  • Lifeguard ratio: 1:15
  • Member or Non-profit*: $75/hour
  • Non-member or Business: $110/hour

*Non-profit groups - a copy of the sales tax exemption certificate of the registering organization must accompany any rental agreement claiming sales tax exemption.
