Empowered by the Y’s General Board to identify and advocate for critical community needs in a defined service area or for a specific constituency (Branch, Camp, Program).
- Voice of the Community: Ensure we are meeting the needs of the community
- Advocate: Support and promote programs & services
- Fundraising: Lead charitable giving efforts
- Advise: Give feedback to the executive and staff, especially with respect to programs, services, and partnerships
