We’re excited to share that the Y has transitioned to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, effective March 2025. This upgrade is part of our commitment to enhancing your experience by improving registration processes and services.

Important CRM System Update – March 11, 2025

We're making progress on our new CRM system! We're currently in the important phase of data entry and verification. While this is taking a bit longer than we hoped, the result will be a more accurate and efficient system for everyone.

We'll be opening online registrations in stages. Please check back regularly for the specific program registration opening dates.

School Age Care Families

Our system migration is underway and there will be temporary changes affecting how you manage your School Age Care schedule, payments, and registrations. Please review the key details below to help plan ahead.

What This Means for You

  • Child Care Calendar Access – The My Childcare Calendar is no longer available. All schedule changes and cancellations must be submitted through our online webform through the end of the 2024–2025 school year.

2025-26 Before and After Care Registration Update

Registration for Before and After Care for the 2025-2026 school year will be here before we know it, and we're excited to be planning for another great year of programming at the Y! We are making some updates to our child care registration options for 2025-2026.

REGISTRATION TIMING

Registration for Before and After Care options will open in May (expected May 7 for Dist. 196 Priority Registration and May 14 for all other sites).

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE REGISTRATION OPTIONS

You will be able to choose from the following registration options:

  • 2-Day Tuesday/Thursday only (AM and/or PM)
  • 3-Day Monday/Wednesday/Friday only (AM and/or PM)
  • All 5 days Monday-Friday (by registering for both the 2-day and 3-day options) (AM and/or PM)

These registration options will help us provide a more consistent experience for families and participants by knowing which days participants plan to attend each week.

PRICING INFORMATION

For 2025-2026, we are able to offer a lower “per day” rate for registration options that include more days of care. Specific pricing will vary by location.

Each program registration will also include a non-refundable $50 administrative fee per site. This fee will help us plan for the appropriate number of participants and provide the best experience possible.

There is no change to our refund policy for 2025-2026. A refund of eligible program fees is available if you cancel your registration no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday two weeks before your program’s start date. Please note that if a parent or guardian cancels their child’s registration, it will negate the child’s contract with the program.

Action Items:

  • If you haven’t created your new account log in yet you will need to do that before you can register. For successful Y Community Account and log in creation, please use the email address where you received this email.
  • You’ll want to verify your stored payment information, under “Financials” and then “Payment Methods.” You can also add a stored payment type from this screen.
