Model UN
We are excited to share that we are transitioning to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effective March 2025. This upgrade is a key part of the Y’s commitment to improving your overall experience with us by enhancing our registration processes and services. We will migrate to our new CRM in February, during which we will have some changes that will affect how you interact with us, and payment processing.
What This Means for You
We officially begin our transition to the new CRM on February 10. We will have a temporary system blackout period from February 10-16, 2025, for account updates, program registrations, and payments. All locations will remain open during the blackout period.
Important Dates
- February 9, 7pm: our current CRM is closed to begin our blackout period February 10-16.
- February 10 – end of February: no online account access or payment processing.
- March 4: 50% of your remaining Model UN balance charged to account on file.
- March 11: Remaining Model UN balance charged to account on file.
If there is a change to the payment information for when we charge you, we will share that prior to taking payment.
What to Expect
All your current information and existing registrations as of February 9 will be transferred to the new CRM system. We will reach out with information on any steps you need to take as we get closer to launching the new system.
We anticipate online account access will not open for most programs, as well as making online payments, until after March 3. We will inform you if this date is earlier than expected. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. Any changes or cancels to your Model UN registration will be made once our new CRM is up and running later this month.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this exciting transition to serve you better.
