The YMCA will be transitioning to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effective March 2025.
Camps
Temporary Blackout Period: From February 9 at 7:00 p.m. through March 2, you will be unable to register for any camp programming, including fall, winter, spring, overnight camp, teen wilderness or family camp.
If you plan to enroll in overnight camp, teen wilderness or family camp registering before February 9 at 7:00 p.m. will be the best way to ensure a seamless experience.
Day Camp 2025 registration will open on March 4 for early access families and March 6 for the general public.
Registration (Enrollment) Cancellations
Cancellations can be made online.
When you cancel a registration (enrollment), it will cancel everything that was registered for in that transaction. For example, if you registered for a week of day camp and registered for a week of summer programs in the same transaction, cancelling one will cancel both enrollments.
Immediately upon cancellation, those spots will be returned to others for registration, and you will need to reregister (reenroll) for that program. Once a spot is released, there is no guarantee it will still be available.
