Camp du Nord Dining and Meal Service
Summer Meal Service Information
Meal Service is available for your week at camp on a pre-registered basis only. Meals can fill up, so please register early! Registration for meals will close once we hit the maximum capacity for the Dining Hall or 5 days prior to each session start date, whichever comes first. We will not be able to add additional diners later due to food ordering and capacities.
If you choose not to eat meals in the Dining Hall, have no fear! All cabins have full kitchens with cooking equipment, plates, utensils, serving dishes, and everything else you need to cook your way through your week at camp. All tent sites, platform tents, and platform cabins come with a cooking kit of pots and pans, dishes, and utensils for cooking over a fire at your site – or many people bring their own camp stoves. Either way, you won’t go hungry at Camp du Nord!
The meal plan begins at lunch on Monday and ends at dinner on Friday. Families can select one of four options for meal service:
- Lunch and Dinner
- Lunch ONLY
- Dinner ONLY
- NO Meal Service

Friday Picnic
On Friday afternoon, after age-groups, meet at Northland Village for a culmination to our week with the Friday Picnic. All families are welcome, whether registered for the meal plan or not. Traditional picnic food will be provided, including hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, chips, and more!
Allergen Commitment
To expand our dining accommodations, Camp du Nord is committed to using NO peanuts, NO fish/shellfish, and NO nuts. We use coconut and seeds, such as sunflower and poppy.
Gluten free is available, but severe Celiac and other life-threatening allergies cannot be 100% guaranteed with our large batch kitchen. For additional specific allergies, the salad bar offers plant-based options for all. Staff is available to answer food related questions during mealtimes.
While we do our best to accommodate all campers, if there is a severe allergy of concern, please keep in mind that all cabins and tent sites are equipped with full kitchens or cooking sets.
