2025 Pizza Night and Farmer’s Market Schedule

Come to Camp St. Croix and enjoy a night on the Farm!

This event will take place at our North Entrance, (DayCroix, Farm Entrance, 345 Riverview Drive)

  • Farmer's market with local vendors
  • Join us for Build Your Own Pizza on the Farm! Bring your own picnic utensils and prepare to eat a wood-fired pizza right on the farm with your family and friends.

  • June 12: 4 - 8 p.m.
  • June 26: 4 - 8 p.m.
  • July 10: 4 - 8 p.m.
  • July 24: 4 - 8 p.m.
  • August 7: 4 - 8 p.m.
  • August 21: 4 - 8 p.m.
  • October 4: 2 - 7 p.m.

This is an interactive pizza night—if you have been to pizza on a farm before, this might be different than you are expecting. You will purchase a pizza starter kit (box, sauce, veggies) from the Farm Store, and then we’ll then guide you through the process purchasing all your pizza ingredients from local farmers! Once all your ingredients are collected, you will come to the barn and assemble the pizza yourself (putting those ingredients exactly where they should go (or potentially…not go…) before bringing it to the wood fired oven where our Farm Staff will cook it for you! Through this interactive experience, you will learn just how your food was grown or made, you will meet the farmers who grew it, and you’ll notice that the flavor of these local ingredients is truly outstanding. Prepare for this experience to take time, especially the baking, so enjoy our gardens, or take a wagon ride around camp pulled by our vintage Farmall C. You’ll also have the option to “Take and Bake” if need be, or eat one pizza on the farm and take a second home!

Prices: 
(all pizzas are 12”)

  • One Pizza will cost about $27
  • Two Pizzas will cost about $35
  • Three Pizzas will cost about $40

With local vendors, fresh toppings that change with the seasons, and some creativity from you, the menu options can be as basic or creative as you’ld like!

  • Enjoy the Farmer's Market!
  • Wagon Rides pulled behind our dearly loved 1946 Farmall C
  • Donkey (donkey arriving to camp at the end of June), sheep, and chicken visits
  • Garden tours
  • Family time and memories galore at sundown
