As you may have guessed, R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym. The letters represent the different sections of the class, which include:
- Resistance
- Intervals
- Power
- Plyometrics
- Endurance
- Diet
The class always starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down, and instructors weave in a core section as well.
“Each section is constantly changing the level of workout,” explains Ken. “And with multiple sections, the change in muscle memory creates results.”
More than that, Ken says the class creates a tight-knit community with members of all ages and all skill levels. “It’s a family atmosphere that is like no other.”
