Overview
This elite camp is designed for high school football players who are serious about elevating their game. Led by an experienced team of coaches—including former professional athletes, college coaches, and top-tier high school coaches—this program offers a comprehensive approach to player development both on and off the field.
Throughout the week, participants will engage in:
- Position-specific skill development
- Team-building activities
- Fitness and strength training
- Nutrition education
- Personal growth planning for continued development
Guest speakers from various sports backgrounds will also provide insight and inspiration to help players grow as athletes and leaders.
The camp will conclude with a competitive game and an awards ceremony recognizing standout performers by position and overall achievement.

About Our Coaches
Chris Rogers
Chris Rogers began his football journey near Washington, D.C., where he led his high school team to the Maryland State 4A Championship in 1995. At Howard University, he was a four-year starter and won the HBCU National Championship in 1996. As a senior, he earned First-Team All-MEAC honors and was named the team’s Defensive MVP. Rogers started 45 games, allowing only six touchdowns. He started 10 games as a rookie with the Minnesota Vikings before injuries ended his NFL career. Passionate about mentoring, Chris has since worked at a Minneapolis charter school, helping place hundreds of student-athletes into college programs.
Antico Dalton
Antico Dalton is a nationally recognized expert in speed, agility, and athletic skills training. A former NFL linebacker, Antico played professionally for nine years with the Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, and Atlanta Falcons. He also won championships in NFL Europe (Berlin Thunder) and the CFL (Edmonton Eskimos). Antico earned a National Championship at Hampton University, where he also received a BS in Business Management. He is the founder of Linebacker University (LBU) and currently works as an Enterprise Vendor Manager for Bank of America. Rufus Bess
Rufus Bess played in the NFL from 1979 to 1988 as a defensive back for the Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills, and Minnesota Vikings, with a stint in the Arena Football League. A proud product of South Carolina and HBCU football, Rufus has built a successful coaching career, leading multiple college teams to championships and playoff appearances. His legacy as a player and coach continues to inspire the next generation.
Rickey Foggie
Rickey Foggie was the University of Minnesota Gophers’ quarterback from 1984 to 1987, amassing nearly 5,000 passing yards and 33 touchdowns. He went on to play in the Canadian Football League and then in the Arena Football League from 1996 to 2004, finishing with 17,921 passing yards and 325 touchdowns. His decades of experience at every level of football make him a legendary figure in the sport.
Ty Baker
Coach Ty Baker is a servant leader dedicated to developing not just football players, but strong young men of character. Under his leadership, his teams have won two State Championships in three years, while also achieving excellence in academics and community service. Known for his mentorship both on and off the field, Coach Baker is a pillar of integrity and inspiration.
Ben Williams
Ben Williams is a former Minnesota Golden Gopher and still holds the school’s all-time sacks record. Born in Belzoni, Mississippi, Ben earned Player of the Year honors in high school before going on to a seven-year professional career in the NFL and CFL. His legacy as a dominant defensive force and leader continues to impact the sport.
Tori Holt
Tori Holt is a quarterback coach at the University of Northwestern, now in his fourth season. A technician and motivator with deep football knowledge, Tori is known for his dynamic communication style and attention to throwing mechanics. A student of the game, he has coached and played at both the high school and college levels, earning respect for his detailed and passionate approach.
Michael Floyd
Michael Floyd is a former NFL wide receiver born in Saint Paul, MN. A standout at Cretin-Derham Hall High School and a record-setting star at Notre Dame, he was drafted 13th overall by the Arizona Cardinals in 2012. Floyd played eight NFL seasons with six teams, including the Patriots, with whom he won a Super Bowl. He recorded 266 receptions, 3,959 yards, and 25 touchdowns in his career. Since retiring, Floyd has moved into coaching at Concordia University–St. Paul and is involved in real estate. He also enjoys golf and mentoring young athletes.
Andrew Myers
Andrew Myers brings over 15 years of coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels, with a career that includes positions at the University of Minnesota, IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, and Rosemount and Chaska High Schools in Minnesota. Andrew has specialized in Offensive and Defensive Line play, coaching numerous Division I athletes—several of whom have gone on to play professionally. A native of Rosemount, Minnesota, Andrew currently serves as a Sports Director for the YMCA of the North, where he oversees the Vikings NFL FLAG program.
