The YMCA will be transitioning to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effective March 2025. This upgrade introduces some exciting new features, such as a brand-new YMCA of the North app, designed to enhance your experience as a participant in our Wellness programming.

Which programs are affected?

  • Affected programs: One-on-one, small group, and buddy Wellness programs will be affected, including: Personal training, group training, Pilates Reformer, buddy training, and fitness assessments; Weight Loss Kickstart; One-on-one and community acupuncture; health coaching; massage, one-on-one and buddy nutrition; reiki; and Thai yoga bodywork.
  • No changes: Group Exercise classes will remain free for members and unaffected by the transition.

During the Transition

  • From February 9 at 6:00 p.m. until March 3, online Wellness program scheduling and payments will be temporarily unavailable. To purchase or schedule Wellness experiences during this time, you may visit the front desk at your local Y or contact our Customer Service Center for assistance.

After the Transition

  • Online Access Restored: Starting in early March, you’ll be able to make purchases and schedule Wellness experiences both in person and online.
  • New YMCA of the North App: Wellness programs will be the first offerings available for scheduling and purchase through the new app. This app introduces enhanced features, with additional functionality rolling out later this year.

You can take action now to ensure you don’t experience any significant interruptions in service.

  • By February 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.: Purchase sessions and register for the Wellness experiences in which you’d like to participate at least through the end of the blackout period (February 16).
  • Questions? Visit your local Y or contact our Customer Service Center for support.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these updates to better serve you.
