  • Program Registration: Registration for programs in 2024 will not be affected by this change. We will provide updates regarding 2025 registration as these details become available.

Important Update: CRM System Transition Blackout Period February 10-16

From February 10–16, 2025, there will be a temporary blackout period for member account updates, program registrations, and payments.

All locations will remain open during the blackout period.

We’ve outgrown our current system and need a more capable solution to meet your needs and the needs of the communities we serve. The transition replaces our current system and introduces a new platform to better serve you.

With this transition, we will improve our service to you. With the operational efficiencies, we will have more time to focus on you and the communities we serve.

We are working diligently behind the scenes to make this transition happen and will launch in February 2025.

Make plans to make changes to Memberships and programs prior to February 10th, and to stop in after February 17th to make sure your payment info is up to date. As we get closer to the transition launch, we will provide details on any steps you need to take.

Due to the timing of the transition to our new CRM, Day Camp and Summer Program 2025 registration will be several weeks later than usual, opening in early March. Not to worry, though. We will be communicating the new timeline and details with plenty of time for you to prepare to register.
