Dance for Life Is a 10-week physical and mental wellness program that weaves together music, culture, and dance to focus on four key areas:

  • Build physical strength and flexibility
  • Improve balance
  • Expand social connections
  • Increase cognitive focus and memory

Cost: $150.00 for members $175.00 for non-members
